Building permits

Building Permits are required before performing most improvements to your home.  Permits are not required for concrete flat work.  Permit applications can be obtained City Hall or on this website.

Permits must be completed and returned to the City Office with all applicable drawings and specifications. Once a completed application is received, the City Office will forward the application to the Zoning Administrator who will contact you with any questions. The Administrator will then present the application at the next City Council Meeting. You may choose to be present at the meeting. If approved you will receive notification from the City Office. A fee is charged upon approval of the permit and must be paid before work can begin.
